Dipl.-Arch. Jorg Jarosch (1905–1980)
Born in 1905 in Erlangen, Germany and died 1980 in Mödling, Austria. He studied architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna under Prof. Clemens Holzmeister, graduating with distinction.

From 1926 onwards, he was active in Vienna, with architectural and planning work in Austria and Germany.

After 1945, he participated in the reconstruction of the Austrian Parliament building.
In 1946, he was granted Austrian citizenship.
In 1959, he was awarded the Golden Decoration of Merit of the Republic of Austria.
In 1972, he was granted the professional title of Professor.

He worked at the architectural office of a. o. Prof. Max Fellerer, and later at the office of architect Eugen Wörle, until his retirement.

He had no political affiliations and was not a member of the NSDAP.

His wife, Berta Jarosch (née Strubreiter), was also an artist. They met during their studies.
